1. Are these gifts handmade or machine made?
Gifts manufactured at Hasta Shilpa are completely handmade and designed by artisans.
2. Would the actual product differ from the image displayed on the website?
Products are handmade and most of them are made out of natural products. Natural products differ in texture, shape, colour and thickness, hence resulting in differences in the product. However, at Hasta Shilpa, we try to maintain the artistic look of the product.
3. Are the actual products as vibrant / dull as displayed on the website?
All Monitors and LCDs are calibrated differently. Due to this reason there may be some colour difference in the actual product as seen on the website.
4. Can these gifts be customised or personalized as per our requirement?
At Hasta Shilpa, we provide the facility to customise and personalise every item that is displayed on the website. You need to send us a request through e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the product code and the details of the customisation or personalised message.Our team will get back to you with the desired information regarding the same.
5. Do you give special rates for ordering bulk quantities?
We do provide special rates for orders which are in bulk quantities for a particular design. You could send us an email with product code, quantity in units and place of delivery, and our team will get back with all the related information.
6. After ordering how much time does it take to deliver the product?
We do not keep stock of our products, these are manufactured after you place an order. It takes minimum 12-15 Working days to manufacture 1 single unit item and 5-7 more days for courier depending on the location of delivery.However during festive seasons, we may take upto 3 weeks to manufacture the product. In case you require the product within a particular time period, kindly email us before ordering, to confirm the same.
7. Do you have any policy for Refund or Exchange of the product ordered?
We do not have any policy for refund or exchange of the product ordered.
8. Will you give a replacement of the product if it gets damaged in transit?
Yes, we would definitely send a replacement of the same product if it reaches you in a damaged condition. All you need to do is to courier back the product and send us a photograph of the damaged item along with order details within 7 days and we will re-process it.
9. Do I have to pay any other extra charge for shipping?
Yes, you have to pay extra for shipping charges.
10. Do you provide gift wrapping of the product?
Yes, we do. For that you have to pay Rs.75 extra.
11. Do you incorporate personal messages on the product?
Yes, we do. For that mail the message along with product details at email@example.com.
12. What if we are not satisfied with the product or service given by Hasta Shilpa?
Any disputes as regards to delivery, quality, merchantability or suitability of product/services availed of, must be addressed in writing to Hasta Shilpa on the postal address listed in the contact us page. Our team of experts will look into the matter and try to resolve/explain/justify the same.
